We invest a great deal of time and effort in being well-informed ourselves, in order to give you the best analysis on the market.
At the same time, we understand that not everybody is a real estate expert, nor they need to be, and we go above and beyond to make our information accessible and easy to understand. We have seen what an excess of data and superficial analysis can do in the mainstream media. Unnecessary panic or misunderstood confidence can send us in the wrong path and make ill-informed purchasing decisions that we will regret.
Which Property has been helping property buyers for over thirty years and being transparent and taking our clients by the hand to their new homes is in our DNA. With the new times, we also evolve and aim to use new technologies to accomplish our company ethos. To that purpose, we have created our new series of webinars and our new podcast channels, where we take specific real estate issues and explain them thoroughly and clearly.
The first two episodes are ‘Ep.1: The Brisbane Property Market Wrap Up 2018’ and ‘Ep.2: Purchasing an Australian Property’. On the first episode, Colette Chester, CEO International Sales
with over 30 years’ experience in business and a passion for real estate, makes a very interesting analysis on what has happened in the property market in 2018 and what can we expect for 2019. The second episode is more focused on overseas buyers and people living in Australia that still don’t have Permanent Residence but are interested in purchasing property here.
